I used to be Jaffars immediate supervisor when we were working with DHL international and I can authoritatively state that he's a very genuine human being and all he's doing is in very good faith!....
Anyone that sees him I need his current phone contacts
Baba ovo!
Right😂
Jaffer got a gentle soul
Yeah right?

So impressed by the deep intelligence and spiritual sensitivity of these african men...from Trinidad and Tobago. ..
African Brothers I am grateful to see the effort of true reconciliation you displayed to Ugandans and the rest of the world. May the Deads rest in Peace. My hope is to see a Unified and wise Africa rising through efforts like yours.
Idi amin when he corperate with israel ok god african when he turn over israel n American co owner of our free wonderful world he became there enemy now he is a canibal that is democracy
This is very good no grudge
What an absolutely beautiful sentiment. You surely deserve to see your hopes realized.
Jaffar thank you for visiting Oboth Ofumbi family. Thank you for accepting and buying the animals for cleansing. Above all thank you for the reconciliatory spirit. Asante kwa documentary. Greetings from Uganda
Hello from Chile. Interesting document of the past history of Uganda. Forgiveness and love is what these two men are giving each other. A great example for humanity.
What a sad story😢when we were kids in primary school my grandmother used to tell us terrible stories about Idi Amin and what's happening in Uganda and to hear it from his sons like this is really heart breaking. But I thank God that these two gentlemen have reconciled and come together like this , and it's not their fault what happened . To God be the glory
Idi Amin was a true leader. Anyone the zios and western thieves find as challenging to conquer is a dictator.. qué Gaddafi, Malcolm and many other fallen leaders. Wake up Africa
They were both responsible for the killings however 2 fine sons
Amazing how forgiveness brings back love!
This two brothers really want to make things right together, yet the horror of the past is still shaken them apart. God's blessings to your path to reconciliation and make past negatives into a monument of positive peace for your family and people to admire in the future.
It's a GOOD documentary!
HONORABLE!!!
EXCELLENT!!
I WISH THEM THE BEST IN THEIR UGANDAN SAVANA HOTEL ENDEAVORS!!
GOOD TO SEE THEY ARE STRONG BROTHERS UNITED FOR BETTERMENT OF IT ALL!!
Power is truly transient
Forgiveness is a powerful tool we all need to embrace, including me.
I think I like this Jaffar Amin guy, he seems to be a good hearted man.
Both of them are extremely eloquent. Master's of the queen's language. I love and admire the way they're expressing themselves in English. I love this documentary.
English is spoken widely in Uganda
I met Amin the father twice mid 1990s where I was working in Jeddah. 1st time by chance, 2nd time I wanted to listen to what he had to say. He was very outspoken person. Great story, great example on limits of liability, friendship, forgiveness, love and more. If I can be put in touch with jaafar, would appreciate it.
More of a deadly and poisonous Maniac.
Good people😂😂😂😂😂
What a beautiful story of forgiveness!!!!!!! My heart if filled.
Heart-wrenching odyssey of two kindred brothers, this deserves a book ...a tale of two unusual brothers 🇰🇪 🇰🇪. Wish i could pen it
Yes, it does. The human spirit is unpredictable.
I think you show pen your spirit's message. Write.
This is the best documentary I have ever watched, and it took great men to come together and rejuvenate greatness in Uganda, thank you.
For sure if everyone in Uganda has this kind of heart, we shall build a new heaven on earth.
Thank you the two families for the exemplary love exhibited
I can not believe God led me to this video. ... I cried ❤. Very worth it . Well done on both sides
This story deserves a movie ❤🇿🇦
A movie was made. It's called The king of Scotland
The Rise and Fall of Iddi Amin is the best to watch.
@shirleywallace171 I watched the movie in the late 80s if I'm not mistaken and yes it was a good movie
What's Abba father and son Jesus Christ saying about all this that happened in Uganda up to Now?
I think so too.
This is true forgiveness ! Am so happy in witnessing this documentary may God in His mercy grant these two families closure in love Amen
It's a good documentary where events from the past finally brought the two families together again.
When Jesus said"forgive your brother 70x70", He knew the hardness in forgiveness when humankind can cause much pain hurt and loss for others. The sacrificial rituals became a part of the statutes for cleansing. Jesus came as the sacrificial lamb but the rituals are practiced as a cleansing of the land.❤
Thanks be to God.
Love love this. Viewed from Nigeria 🇳🇬
My heart goes to you Jaffa! Thank you for this documentary, it touched my heart and made me cry but I know you are okay and that is what matters!
I watched the movie Idi Amin Dada...this is something else. A definite movie. Thank you for your beautiful hearts, yo reconcile. My trauma watching the movie is gone by this documentary.
We can never lose our culture in Africa.. No matter how much some people try to take it away from us.. Our way of life is the best.. We just need to work on having leaders who doesnt take advantage of this as a vulnerability, and we will be fine. The world can learn a lot from us.

Beautiful reconciliation! Thanks to the producers of this documentary!
One of best videos I have ever seen. Thanks a lot.
Great documentary Jafar. Keep up doing a good work.
Great documentary 👏🏿! Indeed, forgiveness speaks it all ❤. Thank you for being family again...
I'm happy to see both person forgiveness. HUMANITY PREVAILING.
Because am a Ugandan born in the aftermath of all if his, i really like stories like this so that i cant understand better my grandma's stories. I hope as Ugandans we all from this history 😢
Amin and his minister’s sons forgiving each other and people touched by it..☺️
Tell me about it! Are these people mad??
08:56 Unbelievable how both of them relate the events understating the brutality of Amin (like talking of "political" responsability)
This was an absolute beauty of a documentary great job
If we learn from history we are less likely to repeat it.
Dite cela à kagame
Best documentary make a video of how Tony blare murdered kids and women in Afghanistan and Iraq too
N'importe quoi 😂
Or how genocide is happening in Gaza this very minute
They will not because he is white
I agree with this..
Make a video on how Islamists are working on destroying the world…
Amin loved his country with all his heart,I was not yet born during his reign but I read about him,we miss him, Uganda would be purely a developed country if he was still alive, May his soul rest in peace
Iddi.Amin was not a dictator,he was a true pan African. The term dictator came from the colonialists like they name any African revolutionary leader.Stop misleading
The word "Dictator"has been used by western countries for introducing the leaders who cannot be danced by them .This is a strategy which they use allover the world .
Hahahaha
Gaddafi as well
Bless you, for correcting these colonial puppets that believe the narratives sold to them to demonize our African giants.
Imbesil
Oh wow!! I am speechless.....this is so touching......
I met Idi Amin in a supermarket in Jeddah in 1983/84 and chatted with him for a while. He was a huge man but was soft spoken with a smile on his face.
300,000 people died during his reign as president Idi Amin Dada do you still think that's not dictator 😂😂😢😢
How many people has European killed in Africa slavery slave trade
@@RatutiniTabusakia-u1d I know what he did but I was not talking about what he did, but my meeting him briefly in Jeddah.
😅😅😅
Very much spoken @@johnoduor9370
Really I am proud of my brothers and sisters in Uganda for accepting the reconciliation from heart. Long live Africa!!!
Colonial Europe talks about human rights, freedom, and democracy, which is a funny and crying thing
Jaffar Amin's story sheds light on the complexities of his father's regime. What more can we learn about the impact of Idi Amin's dictatorship?
Masya'Allah SANGAT benar.
This is touching!! Forgiveness!!!
So much pain 😢caused my one Man.. glad for the Love shown Now..❤
No need to re-live the past. Just forgive, make peace and forge new strengths through unity.
Healing means making peace with the past and sometimes it means revisiting for closure.
This is good. I love it!
Great I reckon this as the best and genuine documentsry
Oh my God! What an emotional journey😭😭😭😭❤❤❤❤
Inspiring. Life is full of trials and tribulations...let us all be grateful for what tomorrow brings.
The greatness of love and affection shown by this two brothers is the message of our prophet Mohammed saw the perfect purity .May Allah bless their nation.
Idi just followed teachings of Mohammed.

Amazing. Sydney'Oz Solid Salute. Thankyou ThankU thankyou 🙌🏼🕊️
Beautiful story of the two
Oh I’ve just come across this documentary. I knew Godfrey, Sam, Mike, Betty, Esther and the young ones. We were neighbours at church Road Westland’s. They went to school with my brother’s at St. Mary’s and I was at Loreto convent msongari. It was so nice to see Godfrey. I remember he used to take us for rides on his motorbike and they had a land-rover. We lost contact after we left Kenya for Angola and later the U.K. l wish I could get his contact details.
😢😢 You have reminded me about that school Loreto. We used to live near Nairobi hospital. Those were the days.
Great Story... Friendship is everything in life...
Thank you for sharing this video.
Greed and corruption are always wasted.
May your country has a good examplary of a leader to it's citizens. Improve their health and wellbeing as well as the economy of the country. Aamiin3.

A very good human story.
This was so moving, based on raw facts and so much educational with a clear message of both love and forgiveness,I agree 100% to make a movie out of it will be a big draw at the box office.
This is a great documentary.wish it was a series
It's very touching indeed, FORGIVENESS. ❤
Gosh these 2 have gone through a lot and trying to build a wall against their father mistakes. May God in his merciful mind forgive the dead and bring peace between the children they left behind
THEIR fathers' mistakes? The man who was killed made no mistake.
It was a military rule, you won't understand.
*_The power to forgive is one of the most difficult things to do and perform. To absolve someone related to someone that did terrible things to his own people in his country. But time has the power to heal scars and have people reconcile and move on from such terrible pasts. I wish Jaffar Amin and his friends good faith and fortune to their years to come and in their restoration of the hunting lodge._*

May God bless these two sons for reuniting the families mired in such tragedy! ❤
Beautiful ,love is always the answer
True still in turmoil
Amin was not a dictator but someone that loved his country
Bless you brother
He wasn't
My African brothers and sisters. I am happy to see you people getting together to forgive what happened and to reconcile as a people. We Africans have gone through a lot since the coming of the white man to Africa. The divisions thy planted and the distrust they created, is still hurting us up to this day. Things are changing. It’s going to get better. BRICS is going to be a better option for Africans and the World to do business with.
Excuse me president iddi Amin was not a dictator and he wasn’t mad he was a president that loved his country and worked for his people never stole pax payers money tolerated zero corruption and make his country proud of him we miss him RIP GEN FIELD MARTIAL IDDI AMIN we love you may Allah grant you Janah furdaus

What an amazing experience 😊 such rich history 👏 Quite unfortunate what happened yet amazing how it all winds and comes together. Thank you for sharing this beautiful, nostalgic piece of history🙏
I think Netflix should be showing this people need to learn from this 2 people. What a courage to keep the families reunited once again.
Netflix should do what? What is so good about this? Have you read about what his father did? He didn’t even needed this useless documentary.
