I began watching this anime about two weeks ago, didn't get the time to share my thoughts tho :)
Anyways, the plot's pretty interesting. The whole reason I started watching this show was cuz I saw some Dazai edit's here and there. I really thought he was the protagonist. Atsushi is also an interesting character. I've just begun and I can't wait to see how this goes!!!
What a boring introduction. The first 10 minutes is all 'talking' but no 'showing'.
They introduce us to three characters sitting down and having a conversation over dinner about supposed superpower organizations that exist in this world. Show us the organization! Don't start the show by having the characters introduce them by talking about them, my god! Show us first, talk about it later! That's how world-building works. And these three characters all have wacky personalities and tragic backstories, but like, we don't care!? Introduce the characters first! Give us something more memorable than "this guy is homeless, this one gets mad easily, and this one is always trying to kill himself." Start the episode with Nakajima Atsushi getting driven out of the orphanage or surviving the tiger attack. Don't tell us they happened. Show it!
Terrible writing. Trash Isekai shows have better introductionary episodes than this. I wanted to get into this show but this first episode turned me off hard.
Without change,we end up becoming the very person we hate.
I was dead until the moment I met you. I was a powerless corpse pretending to be alive. Living without power, without the ability to change my course, was bound to lead me to a slow death.
A great first episode, it kept entertained throughout the whole episode,
We have some interesting characters. I love Dazai, are sucidal blockhead and Atsushi are tiger boy. Along with glasses man and the rest of the gang who came in at the end of the episode.
What an introduction to a series, was really funny and well done. So far i love everyone that was shown here. Especially Dazai, really nice to see his ability being no longer human.
