Nominator's rationale: This category has existed since 2007, yet still has only two articles. The city's population is under 16,000. Delete. - Eureka Lott21:37, 18 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was:Keep, as the nominator is a sockpuppet of a blocked user, and no other users have participated. If any one else thinks this should be deleted, feel free to nominate it yourself. עוד מישהוOd Mishehu08:21, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Nominator's rationale:Delete. The category is based on a false premise. Television series don't win writing Emmy awards. The writers of the series or episodes do. Harley Hudson (talk) 18:50, 18 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Comment. Salomón Torres was previously in the category but was removed by the nominator, which should have been disclosed. (That said, I think removal of this article from the category was probably a correct action.) If kept, the category is named correctly per conventions. Probably could have mentioned Torres. However, there is only passing mention of his religion in a brief news item, and his religion in that item has nothing to do with his notable activities. Per the criteria for categories about people, he does not belong in the category.--Jeffro77 (talk) 08:45, 20 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Nominator's rationale:Rename. The parent categories were renamed in this discussion to eliminate established as not appropiate for buildings and to follow the form of Category:nnxx-century foo. The by year categories need to follow, the question is what should the new form be? The name as proposed seems to be the logical follow on. If this test nomination results in a rename, the remaining year categories can be renamed under speedy. Vegaswikian (talk) 05:26, 18 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Nominator's rationale:Rename. Current name is kind of ambiguous. The header defines the contents to be for the time of the Roman Empire which runs up to about AD 476. So the end date is ambiguous and when does the period begin? If there is a better name, go for it. I would not oppose deletion if that is where consensus lies.
