I think most of the cast of Akebi's Sailor Uniform.
Eyes way too big even by Anime standards and the side profiles of their faces are terrible looking.

That show put me off for a lot of reasons, but mostly the "oh look at the ideal perfect hi-skool experience im having aren't I speshul" veneer coating the whole thing like mud. Edit I don't agree ugliest ever, especially not compared to One Piece |

But dude's not ugly, just a rounder version of a generic MC with a slightly 'cute' appearance due to the curves. It's also good for some viewers to better self-insert themselves lol. |

| My vote for ugliest cast goes to Golden Kamuy. The twins, Tsurumi, and several other characters including a guy who has this square thing protruding from his head... their eyes and eyebrows are creepy, and the funny faces are ugly too. Even worse the show is obsessed with peeling... no not the kind with potatoes. THAT kind. |
