This is with the image in the rpa file right?

It might work correctly if you ran unren on the game and then replace the images in the folder, instead of replacing the rpa file only. But I'm not sure about it.

Most likely this is happening because the milfy city project in Ren'py was created for 1920x1080 screen resolution.
Therefore, when you try to add 3840x2160 renders to the game, they simply do not fit as the project is for 1920x1080.

Unfortunately, i have no other explanation. As well as a possible solution.
It's a pity, because the 4k render looks awesome.

Perhaps there may be some way to сrawl into the game settings and somehow change this option there, but idk

I think athreusclouds is right here. I've tried to find the file that contains the variable for the games resolution settings.

I haven't had any luck locating it as the game folder don't have the gui.py file, and I've looked at the other files like scripts, screens, game_gui etc... and can't find anything for the game resolution settings sadly.

Hope someone more knowledgeable than me can local the settings for the game.

Anyway thanks for sharing the 1080p upscale firsttry51.
