| I've been a fan of Riho for a while, so it was nice to get some backstory for her. I think why I like her a bit more than the other girls is she feels more well rounded personality wise, even if she has her flawed moments. This is a generalization but Ouka has tsundere qualities (though admittedly she's a bit deeper than that), Ami is silly, Akane is cool beauty, and Shiragiku is sweet (unless alcohol is involved). Riho displays a number of qualities, that is why I like her. That being said, this backstory shows that she has not gotten over the past and has some dependence on Hayato. Unless that improves, I'm not sure it's a great way to start a relationship. All that being said, just like with Quintuplets, I have to say I don't dislike any of the characters. They are all attractive in their own way, so curious to see where it goes. Definitely liking this show more than I thought! If I had one negative for this episode, I wish Hayato had been a little more compassionate toward Riho when she was bawling. |

| Ami Tsuruga in a nutshell: even if, good that the scum from a previous episode left in time to cause no trouble. When they yell "UMI!" all i could think about was the blue haired girl from μ's replying angrily "what the hell do you want?" lol Nice focus on Riho, that, to stay in topic, as a child actress looked like Nico Yazawa with a eye color switch from red to green. For the rest, typical history of kids thrown too early in that kind of business... it's probably better to leave in time before it corrupts you. |

| A former child star who had declined in fame while her parents divorced. Until NC reminded her with the same words as her father, she was straining herself with overwork. Ululuman sounds like my kind of show. Clueless Ami has the same kind of reaction when you tell a kid Santa isn't real. |

| Another girl who used to be a child actor, these seem to be pretty common this season. First in Oshi no Ko and now in this as well. |
| that fart joke was best :D the child actor problem is cliche and it went too easy with Riho, well it goes way too easy for him to win every route.. "wah don't go anywhere!" :p |

| Ah she has a daddy / abandonment complex . As a kid who got their parents divorced in elementary school I'll never understand why it's such a big deal tbh. Riho was my most disliked character and her background... is just meh. She stays the worst girl. |
