     I'm gonna go for the curb ball and go for 2010s XD. If I have to pick from the ones above 00s, cause Monster and Gurren Lagann. But 2010s, edge it out for Fate/Zero (and UBW, Apocrypha, Heaven Feel, Extra...), Psycho Pass, Hunter x Hunter, Steins Gate, Madoka Magica (plus Rebellion). Like at least five of my favorites are in this time period. |

| @ForgotEyeWasHere It's still too early to judge but you're have a point, only time will tell. According to @Manaban the 2006-2015 era is considered the Golden Age of ecchi which seems a pretty common sentiment that you share as well. |

| I'm gonna say 90s. Even outside of anime, if I'm living in the US that seems like a nice era to live in. The anime coming out around then seems like it was pretty good too(based on the few shows I've seen) and getting sent back in time seems like a perfectly good excuse to watch more 80s/90s anime lul. |
| 80s, 10s, 70s, 00s, 90s, 60s. From the best to the worst. 80s: peak series, peak retro, animation aged quite good. 10s: classic series,early 10s has the best series ever made, more Anime to choose. 70s: anyting released in the era is just classic. 00s: except late 00s, this decade was kinda bad. The artsyle is inconsistent. 90s: overrated. While I like some series in this era, the animation aged badly and the terrible artstyle started here. |

Def 00's I don't think I have ever watched an anime that came out before the year 2000. And since K-on came out in 2009 It is an automatic pick. Alot of the best anime came out in the 00's aswell whereas the ones pre 2000 have been left to rot and collect dust. Whatever it is what it is. |
