welp, i feel stupid now, first of all, thanks for taking your time to write a response to my question, but also, i figured it out on my own by trial and error, turns out all i had to do was extract the winrar file of black souls II onto my desktop, then open the new folder and double click the game file(which no longer was a .exe file so i was worried but it still started my game), now i still don't get a prompt to add new files(save files) when i close the game, but it does save now as i just finnished testing to see if it works, i will try this method now with the other games that i also had the same problem with, but given the similiar circumstances i reckon it will also work on them

Use abhorrent cloak or god fish ring. Both make her second phase trivial. Offensively you can use % damage like jabberwock or use attacks that scale with other stats like hunter bow or bunker shield. You can give her the letter after you win.
press f1 to bring up options and make sure play bgm and play bgs are checked.

It says attack and defense reduced but it actually reduces attack and magic.

I know this may sound stupid, but could the possible acquisition of Kadokawa (the guys who own RPG Maker) hurt the future development of black souls game?

I hope not? RPG maker's billed as a game development software, so Black Soul's use is even more solid legal than all the HoneySelect/Koikatsu games around.
And Sony doesn't really have a reputation like Disney/Nintendo of going after people with an army of lawyers
Unlikely. Sonic Music first and foremost priority is grabbing all the Anime/Manga rights Kadokawa has. Boy do i have to tell you Kadokawa has their fingers like in 50% of all japanese pop culture media pies. VNs, some niche game studio called FromSoftware etc etc. As mentionend their goal is to have complete controle over the western anime/manga streaming/puplishing services.
That doesnt mean they wont do something to RPGMaker down the line. Yet the first to fall is probably the usual censorship stuff that might be implemented for the global audience.
So for now we are safe. I woulndt bet on Sony being not stupid stupid. Look what Unity tried to pull with their tax.
The biggest joke is we got lucky Sony wants to buy it. Kadokawas owner wanted to sell all of it on their own to ANYONE who called dibs first. But two wrongs dont make a right.

Even if you believe the worst of any executive level branch, there isn't anything they can fuck up. TT can honestly ignore it even if it does. It's like ignoring a shitty update of a software you've been using for years, nobody can force you unless they want massive backlash.
Even then, there just isn't anything that can intrurrupt development, hell he hasn't even started, T is too busy drawing DRH cgs.
